How do I request my personalized report?
We’ve designed Golf Course Intel to be super straightforward and effective, guiding you step-by-step to better golf.
Here’s how it works:
- Choose Your Game Plan: First, you’ll visit our site and select the Strategy Guide that best fits your goals. We offer three tiers of analysis, from a foundational overview (Fairway Fundamentals) to a deep-dive professional-level assessment (Elite Performance).
- Choose your Details: Next, click ‘See All Options” to select from seven specialized guides focusing on areas like knowing your strengths & weaknesses, preparing yourself mentally & physically for each round and shot, and developing smarter course management strategies. Each guide builds on the previous level and adds more in-depth analysis and recommendations to ensure you get exactly the insights you need for your game.
- Share Your Golf Story: Once you’ve chosen your guide, you’ll complete a simple screener form. This is where you tell our AI a bit about yourself – your general demographic information (like your age and experience level) and, most importantly, your personal golf stats and metrics. We use data you may already have from Arccos, Shot Scope, launch monitors or GPS apps like your current handicap, average driving distance, fairways hit, greens in regulation, putts per round, and even more advanced data like Strokes Gained if you track it with other apps or devices. The more data you provide, the more precise our analysis can be.
- Our AI Gets to Work: This is where the magic happens! Our advanced AI and machine learning systems take all the data you’ve provided and go to work. They meticulously analyze your performance patterns, identify your unique strengths and weaknesses, and pinpoint the root causes of any struggles you might be having. It’s like having a team of golf data scientists crunching your numbers to understand your specific game, not just generic advice or swing videos.
- Receive Your Personalized Report: Once the analysis is complete, a comprehensive, personalized report is generated, and then reviewed by a human. This isn’t just a bunch of charts; it’s your actionable game plan. It will highlight your biggest opportunities for improvement, suggest specific drills, and outline strategic adjustments for your on-course play. This detailed report is then output as a PDF and sent directly to you via secure email, ready for you to dive in and start transforming your game.

If you are interested in a snapshot analysis of your current game, choose the Fairway Fundamentals Guide.
It provides a comprehensive analysis of your current game, your strengths & weaknesses, and provides recommendations for improvement. These recommendations are specific to you, including practice drills and pre-round & pre-shot routines. There is also a section that gives specific post-round recommendations.
What is included in the Fairway Fundamentals + Golf Ball Analysis?
This report provides a comprehensive analysis of your current golf game, identifying your specific strengths and weaknesses. The additional Golf Ball Recommendation section gives insight into the best type of golf ball for your swing. It includes specific brand recommendations to help you find the right ball for you.

If you’re starting to consider new clubs, check out the Fairway Fundamentals + Club Fit Analysis. You’ll get recommendations on what type of clubs are well suited to where your game is now. It includes everything from Fairway Fundamentals and adds an additional section that lists general golf club characteristics that are best suited to you and your swing stats, and will recommend specific manufacturers & models that are suited to your game.
You can use these recommendations as a starting point when visiting your local club fitter. We strongly advise visiting a fitter in your area after receiving this report and before making a club purchase to get a good feel for how each club works for you in the real world.
This should be the first step as you begin shopping around and investigating options, and you can use these recommendations for specific makes & models to help narrow the (very crowded) field.

The Fairway Fundamentals MAX report is the most comprehensive analysis we offer. It combines the personalized analysis of the Fairway Fundamentals guide, the custom Golf Ball Analysis, and the crucial Club Fit Recommendation. This report provides a holistic approach to optimizing your entire set of equipment, from your golf ball to your driver to your wedges.

What is included in the Course Strategist & Course Strategist Pro+ Reports?
The Course Strategist Guide contains all of the report sections in Fairway Fundamentals MAX, plus a guide on strategically navigating a typical golf course using recommended course management techniques hole-by-hole, shot-by-shot, including
- which tee box to play from
- which ball to use
- how to strategically avoid any hazards
- when to lay up and when to go for it
- how to set yourself up for making the most of scoring opportunities.
You can choose a course from our library of different courses depending on where you normally play:
- A public municipal-style course
- A US championship-level course
- A UK links-style course
- A Parklands-style course
The Course Strategist Pro+ Guide offers all of the above, plus an additional strategy section that will give you recommendations and specific strategies to accomplish a goal you set for yourself such as:
- Break 100
- Break 90
- Break 80 or Break Par
- Lower your handicap
- Improve your FiR / GiR numbers
- Any other goal you want to accomplish
What is included in the Elite Performance Strategy Guide?
The Elite Performance Strategy Guide offers all of the above, with the exception of not including a generic golf course strategy.
Instead, it will give you a hole-by-hole, shot-by-shot strategy guide on navigating a specific golf course from anywhere in the world, including hazards to avoid, a club recommendation for each shot, tee box recommendation, golf ball recommendation and more, plus an additional section that outlines accomplishing your specific goal on that course.
This is ideal for high-level amateur players looking to win a tournament, attempting to make a leap to the pro level, or even a player who just wants to beat his playing partners next weekend.
All for less than the cost of a new wedge!
Is there a subscription package available so I can track my improvement over time?
Not at the initial launch, but we are exploring various options that could be implemented into a subscription package (or packages). Stay tuned!
Service Delivery & Data Questions
What happens after I choose a guide and send my payment?
Once we’ve received your Guide request and payment, you will receive an email message that confirms your selection and payment, and guides you to our Player Data Intake Screener.
Once you’ve completed and submitted this data, we will start feeding the information to our AI engines to generate the first draft of your guide.
As soon as that is completed (please allow 2-3 days for this step to complete), we’ll review it and check for any discrepancies or errors, set the formatting, and prepare the final report in PDF format.
The entire process takes ~3-4 business days, and the final PDF Guide will be delivered via email to you.
Do you share my submitted information?
No, we do not. All of your information is used exclusively to create the reports that you have requested, and nothing else. We don’t sell, lease, or distribute your information to anyone else, anywhere else, for any reason.
Your credit card information is not stored on our servers; it is handled by our third party vendor to process payments.

- For any golf ball recommendations, we advise purchasing a sleeve of each ball recommended and trying them out in the real world to see if they are a good fit for you.
